ok well im moving house so latley my diet hasnt been too good.mostly take outs and what not. ya know its hard to actually cook good healthy food when your moving.but hopefully il be able to get back on track tomorrow. today was really bad, muffin for breakfast,pizza for lunch and some roast for dinner,which wasnt too bad but it was still take out.
from tomorrow no more take outs.
