i feel so fat and i want to loose weight fast!
Ok so yesterday was pretty good i had 1/2 pita bread and museli bar for lunch.and for dinner i had a cheese omelet with salad.
Today im sick and at home.And just to me i find when im at home and not doing anything i tend to eat more then i normally would, because im bored so i suppose i eat.Its a habit im trying to break out of and slowly getting there :)
Ive also decided to become a vegetarian which i start from today.
