Write a will

finally done. it’s worth it to not have to worry about anymore, but doing it right takes a good long time, I tell ya what!

appt before you know it with lawyer to finalize everything sign sealed stamped engraved, the whole nine yards.

Then I can check this off!!!!!

faxed the lawyer today to draw up drafts which we will review then sign.

very close to being able to cross this off.

yay.

Geez, y’all this is about impossible.

My boss suggested her estate attorney to us. We went and met with him and brought all kinds of documents and tried very hard to fill out a 15 page form he had faxed to me.

He said for many people the process of drawing up a good will will take around 3 months.

Sheesh, and I thought we were getting somewhere.

okay today i got the number of a lawyer from my boss. hopefully we can get something drawn up soon.

we still haven’t done this and we’re leaving the country this summer.

SCARY.

sheesh.

My husband and I are going to go (yeah right) to see the notary public and have her help us out with writing and making official our wills. By putting this here I am more likely to do it, so let’s see how much longer I have this goal. It’s not a hard goal once we just take them time and bring ourselves there.
