I can't seem to keep my money 4 years ago

:-( My money keeps running out. I only need to save $500 to open the savings account, but I’m not getting anywhere. Something always comes up. I don’t know exactly how much I have right now. Maybe I need to take the debit card out of my purse, yeah, that would probably help alot!
