My fitness plan: 7 months ago

Eating: I can only have soda every other day, drink tons of water and eat lots of fruits and veggies. Smoothies instead of icecream. Eat less meat.

Excercise: Forty minutes or an hour of belly dance, crunches, squats, bridge, leg extensions, calf-raisers and push-ups five days a week. Swimming on the other two.

It’s a very vague plan but I’ve been doing it for about two weeks now and I can already see visible results and I feel a lot better! I’m looking much more toned. It’s not a diet, it’s a lifestyle change! Hopefully by the time I have to put on a bikini there’ll have been enough of a change that I won’t feel 100% awful about myself.

I don’t want to be, like, super model thin. I just don’t want to flop all over the place.

I could definitely do this by summer. No problem. I’ve been eating healthier and drinking a lot of water and I take belly dancing classes two days a week. I already think I look a bit better, though this week in particular has been hard on my body. I’ve got the time. If I can keep up this steady pace, I’ll be a bikini goddess by summer!
