I began eating healthier when my mom introduced me to a certain popular diet plan which shall remain nameless. It basically revolves around eating more vegetables and fruits, and drinking 64 oz. of water a day – eight 8 oz. glasses, just as we were taught in grade school. In eating healthier, I feel better. Food is more utilitarian, more of just a necessity and less of a compulsion. I’ve lost twenty-three pounds in six weeks.
