it will not work out because the university has raised the tuiton fees by half (to 6000$ per semester) and th scholarship organisation would need another 8 months to tell me if I get the money and by then my semester would be over…
I guess it wasn’t meant this time, may be I will have the chance to do it later,...I hope.
