I used to do 143 when I was around 17, since then, I stopped doing them. 6 years later (about 2 weeks ago), I tried again and I could only do 6!!!!!!!
Holyjeebus! sooo, im retaking the old pushups once again.
Im going slowly, I have no hurry so, what I do is that everyday I make 1 pushup more than yesterday.
Im on 31 right now.. tomorrow I have to do 32 and so on until I land 100.
