I have been sewing for 30 years and so I know what goes into one but I have never sat down to design and then make one. I have thought about it for years and so I decided to put this on my list. I have lots of little bits of fabric left over from making clothes but I wonder if they are suitable for a quilt that one uses. Perhaps I’d be better off making a wall hanging or art quilt. More to think about.
