well, surprisingly I’m at 118 at my heaviest. i weighed myself today and i was at 115 (that’s about 10 pounds lost)... definitely my lowest. I have some stomach issues and I really don’t enjoy eating most of the time. I’ve been off my meds for months now, so it hurts most of the time. I think i haven’t gotten a new prescription partly because I’m lazy, and partly because it’s so easy to be skinny. It’s time for me to research some incredibly healthy foods that will give me all the nutrients i need without having to eat a bunch. There is a delicate balance between my stomach hurting because i ate to much, or hurting because my stomach has nothing in it. I think i should try to find a natural treatment that works, as apposed to giving up and taking two more pills a day for the rest of my life.

I year ago i weighed 124-125, now i way about 120. i really didn’t do to much other than put a scale in my bathroom 6 months ago. it helps keep you in check. you know when you have on average gained a pound, so you can watch what you are doing. Only 2 more pounds.
thanks to college i weigh about 124-125. i wanna get to 118. after that i’ll probably have my real goal be 114. you just feel better and way more confident when your clothes fit well. i might not want to get to 114 if i have to constantly obsess about my weight. i just want to get back to to looking really hot and having it be reletively easy to keep it there.
