I think I will take a bottle to the beach 2 months ago

in Dana Point. I don’t think I will throw it out to sea… I worry it will just go out into oblivion. I want someone to find it.

Is this wrong?

Do I throw it into the sea at my feet, so I can say I have done it, scoop it out, and put it on the beach?

Perhaps this is what I will do….
