Wear beautiful lingerie everyday

how much I have neglected this goal when one of my old flames asked for a rendesvous and included a request for pretty lingerie.

I wasn’t quite sure what to make of either aspects of this, but the lingerie part? Need to dig around in my drawers. I need to do this, very much. For me, rather than for the man who comes knocking on my knickers, so to speak. LOL.

Mmmmm. Feels nice. I have so rarely bought anything for myself during this past season.

I had to do strike today, at the theatre. Basically this means take down and clean up.

Well, I got there and basically just hung out and talked before going with Coryn to see a variety type show at a different theatre, but nonetheless.

I was wearing khaki pants and this preppy-non-descript looking shirt. I decided I would make it my own little secret and wear some pretty lingerie underneath. No, beautiful lingerie.

I am aware of it now.

It makes me feel pretty.

I still need to buy more.

I will, I will. Who says I need an occasion?

I figured that in order to wear beautiful lingerie every day, I needed to actually purchase some beautiful lingerie. LOL.

SO! Today my daughter (and this goal!) inspired me to make a couple purchases. My daughter bought some adorable undies… I told my younger daughter how important it is, because Katherine is going to be in “High School Musical” soon and in the dressing room you want to have adorable undies… believe it or not, y’all, we “girls” calling myself a girl at my age feels a stretch… BUT! notice and actually comment on the cuteness of one another’s panties… and it is just plain fun to have cute panties and bras.

Anyway! After we finished shopping for Katherine… who bought stuff from a Christmas gift card… I went out alone and bought some lacy, silky, ultra feminine lingerie for myself.

I felt like a queen… and rather than rushing home to put them on, I decided to make it into a whole self-loving ritual tomorrow. :-)

You know, when I made my choices I actually looked over my shoulder, expecting a bunch of 43ters to be applauding my choices. LOL.

I looked at my mismatched, but sorta pretty lingerie and thought… yes, I need to keep up with that 43things goal. I know it would also help my “Feel Beautiful” goal, too.
