Ok, April 13 through May 22 inexpensive, again 21 months ago

Now, my latest show opens on April 11. I am not sure if I will once again maniacally book myself for another show. There are auditions coming out… so we will see.

BUT I WOULD LOVE TO GO before the end of the school year or else the next time that would work would be after October or so.

Yeesh.

Looking towards end of January, beginning of February 2 years ago

Just did a Mapquest driving directions thing and I am looking at a 13 hour drive. Luckily I love driving… and most of it is a straight shot up the Interstate 5.

At least up to Sacramento that will be like driving down memory lane.

I feel like this is an important goal for me, at this exact time, so I am crossing fingers, etc. to see that Sam gets settled into school with relative ease and I feel ok leaving home to go on this version of a trip to Mecca.

I really need it.

When I learned this place is in Oregon… and definitely in reach of a shortish trip, I thought… “Why the heck not?”

It is a book lovers paradise. I can stay in the Emily Dickinson room, the Colette room, the Oscar Wilde room, the Tennessee Williams room… can you say “Heaven?”
