I go for walks here and there but I realise that isn’t enough to stay in shape. I either procrastinate or I get bored too easily. I’m not sure how to keep the excitement going and I’ve been trying to work on my procrastination. I’ve been taking Zinc lately and it’s been improving my energy though. I find that I can’t sit for long and, I have been doing more things lately, so maybe that will help.

I haven’t done any exercising since the last time I mentioned, actually I did go for one or two walks. I do other things too though. I walk to the grocery store; walk to peoples’ houses (if their not in another town); walk when I do most of my errands; I take the train which is better than driving a car. You have to walk to and from the train station, where as if you have a car, you only have to walk to your door.
I haven’t exercised since Tuesday. I’m trying hard not to look at it as a failure though because then I’ll give up. I need to work on my self-discipline. I will try do pilates today..
For as long as I can remember I’ve always tried to exercise. I like doing it but I have trouble sticking with it. I’ll get psyched and after a few days become bored of it. I am trying to incorporate as many different types as I can, so I don’t get unmotivated. I’ve already done 1 hour of Yoga on Tuesday. I was supposed to do Pilates yesterday but failed to do so. I’m hoping I don’t fall into my normal pattern this time though. I’m going to try it again today.
