have a baby

She arrived on the 22nd of June, 2007. She was six weeks early, the little bugger! She’s almost 14 weeks old now and she’s an absolute delight. I would do it all again in a second, even the labour and the morning sickness.

This ‘thing to do’ is going well. 15 weeks and counting. Have a bad back, very low self-esteem due to body image issues, just over a very nasty cold and dreadful morning sickness but apart from that, I’m great!

I’ve put on about 12lbs and hate not being able to diet.

Well, it looks like I’ve done the easy part. 4 weeks pregnant. VERY early days. Haven’t told anyone but the father and my mum. Not going to tell anyone but family at Christmas and then hope to carry through to mid-Jan. Will have a scan at around 12 weeks to make sure all okay and will then think about telling work, everyone else. A little anxious seeing as I miscarried earlier this year but determined to take it all in my stride and really appreciate this pregnancy, however long it may last! Step one is done!

Okay, we are working on it. Will know around the 14th if we’ve been successful.
