A friend invited me to sparkpeople.com which is a networking site for weight loss and healthy lifestyles. It lets you set goals and lets you monitor and track them along the way. There are many folks around this area, so this is really cool. It already came up with a list that told me how many calories and fat for each day. Not bad. I never knew what it was.

Down to 307ish just off diet alone! About a good 8lbs from the start!
Just off diet modifications, mainly no greasy foods or sodas and reduce sugar, I have lost around 5 pounds just diet alone.
Now to keep that up and start adding excersize….its starting!
...I am staying right at or under 310 so far. I am not eating as much and drinking more water. As soon as I am feeling better I will go to the Y and start something there.
I just need some good recipes for my steamer.
I joined the YMCA today. there is a weight loss incentive program, I am thinking about joining. Found there were a good number of folks at church that have joined this week. Wow looks like I might get some good accountability!
After watching Supersize me and seeing how he had the same symptoms I have…It’s time to say no to fast food…maybe more.
I got a food steamer so I can start eating some foods healthier. It does not take to long and the food aint that bad. Now to just get some good food that will steam.
Ok I got in touch with the YMCA and there is a great intro deal that I will get in on the first few days of Jan. Then I can start going. Just need to find someone to join me so that I don;t give up as easily.
