I can do a monthly budget fine, but it never worked out that way. Well today after meeting with a friend over this, I saw that I forgot when I make my weekly budgets to include food and gas. Also tithing was cutting in close a bit too.
Well new balance has been restored. I tithe once a month now and have made a monthly budget that is broke down into weekly budgets so I know better of what I pay when. I felt so much better knowing this.

Well after I sat down and looked at the numbers, depending on the roommate housing issue here soon I am in good shape to have some money saved up by March/April. Baby Step one of $1,000 saved…I am getting close but will I avoid the urge to spend it?

I never thought it but once I started to tithe regularly I started spending a little better than I was. For some reason it kept me more aware of what funds I did have.
This is only a start, as some old habits came back over the holidays. But next is to get caught up and current monthly bills then get $1000 saved up.
