Im doing the 100 pushup/squat/sit up challenge
I like that i can just do it in my room.
PU- Row 3, day 2 – 25
SQ- Row 3, Day 1 – 25
SU- Row 1, Day 1 – 12
Plank – 34 seconds.. i shake the whooole time.
So my friend and i are in a bet to see who can lose 10 pounds the fastest…

So these arnt the worst things in the world. my hips are rather large though.
I went out yesterday and bought running shoes, but for some reason i feel really shy to start.
I havent been home, therefore havent been doing this, not to mention the shitty weather, and i dont really have my own choice of foods.

Ive been trying to lose that 10 pounds for like 3 years now.
im back to about 137, i want to start running, issue is, i need to get running shoes.
I figure what ive been lacking is some real exersize.. i hate it.
Ive started eating fruit/ oatmeal for breakfast. Which i think is a good start, now i just need to learn how to not pig out and maitain good calories.
i will be trying to update this daily again, i make no promises..

I had a 5 day drinking binge, back up to 140.. actually im gonna go weigh myself right now.
138.. still not my cup of tea when i want to be 125.
I suppose ill shower and go for a walk to the beach (about an hour)
The only issue is, ive forgotten my mp3 player in the gfs car.
I think im going to get a book. where i can write down what i eat.
That way i can take a gander whenever i want to.
