Went to the gym last night and watched Heroes. It made me feel so much more productive since I was going to watch Heroes anyway. I hadn’t been to the gym in forever and it felt great. I want to go again this week. But I like going with a TV show to watch. Maybe I’ll go watch American Idol on Wednesday or something. Anyways, it felt great, I feel a lot better about the whole thing.

So I was wiped last night and went to bed at 945, but still knew that I shouldn’t get up super early to go to the gym. But instead of doing nothing, I woke up 20 minutes early and did a short work out at home. Not nearly as beneficial as the gym, but something. Small steps I guess…

Okay. I haven’t worked on this goal at all. But enough about the past, moving forward… Last week I had to wake up really early for work and learned, it is not really that bad if I get enought sleep. So I’m going to wake up early and work out before work tomorrow. I’m submitting this entry so I will be accountable to go. I always feel better after working out, so it will be the perfect start to my day.
