I made Cinnamon Sugar Cookies yesterday. These were so different and so good! The perfect thing to go along with a big cup of hot chocolate.

I made this recipe tonight. I healthied it up a bit and it was a hit with the grown-ups. The kids preferred the chicken by itself without the gravy.

I tried two new recipes today.
For lunch, my kids were begging for pancakes so we had:

Tonight, I’m making pizza and made the dough using:

I made homemade chicken pot pie…chalk full of veggies with a yummy flaky crust. Of course, my family complianed about all of the “green stuff” inside. We ate half of it and then I gave the rest to my friend Sara’s husband since she was at class tonight and he needed to feed the kids. They aren’t picky, like some of the anti-green kiddos in my house!

I tried a really simple & yummy meatloaf recipe for dinner tonight! I had to substitute BBQ sauce for the ketchup, but besides that followed the recipe exactly. It was tasty!

This sauteed mushroom recipe was so easy and it made the most delicious sauteed mushrooms ever! We served them with ribeye steaks on Sunday when we had friends over and everyone raved.
