11.2 more and I’ll be at my initial target weight of 200 (down from 262). I think my “Ideal” weight is 188 for my age and height. So thats 24 more lbs. I would like to get ther by my birthday (early September)

But when I wrote the entry I was 222 or 223. On the digital scales I was 213 about 4 days ago. I have moved and didn’t get to run like I have been, so instead I have gained back to 216. When I see 213 or less for 5 days straight I’ll mark this off as done.
Hard to tell with different scales. I ran 7 miles today, 3.5 up a steep incline (elevation 2440ft.)3.5 down. My girlfriend has found a new reason to hate me. I run too much. Now I’m (even more) self centered. Oh well you can’t win them all.
I hate my weight. Ok, going to go run now. The last two times I ran 6 miles non-stop on a flat trail (first run), then stopped to find my directions while in the woods on some very steep terrain (the second run). Also I was spooked because I thought the bears might be watching.
I’M GAINING WEIGHT! I think if I want to move the scales I’ll have to fast or something radical like that. I just don’t want to go on some weird diet to meet my goals.
Got on the scales this morning said 221.4. It was 224 like 2 days ago and I was pretty mad about it. I really don’t eat a lot and I have ran 13 miles in three days this week. Will most likely run 4 today. I just seem to have a hard time breaking the 220 barrier.

Got on the scales this morning and it said 222.2 that the least I have weighed in 5 years. When I started losing weight I was over 262. That’s a 40 lb. loss since August that’s a 6.6 lb loss per month. So I should hit my target weight sometime in June.
Not sure if I want to be less than 205. Not everyone looks good skinny. On my frame 200 would be small + muscle weighs more than fat and I want to put on more muscle.
