I’m stuck again. I need to start running again. I ran a 5k on Saturday and finished 3rd in my age division. ran a 27:09. I want to be faster… Much faster!

I have hit a plateau, I don’t know if I’ll have to eat less or exercise more.
What I really want to do is lose 25 more pounds. My target weight is 200. I started in August walking then progressed to running. I try to run at least 4-5 times a week with a minimum or 3 miles per run. I have been doing on average 4 miles.
