I have been at this for 5 months now.

I touched my right toe with my right hand while sitting on the floor. Still about two inches away on my left leg. If I don’t stretch my runs start out painful. It is a major goal to stand knees locked and be able to touch my toes with both hands. Right now I just have too much tone in my back. Years of inactivity have taken their toll.
