Almost 10 months!

I been running since the beginning of this year….non stop! I am proud what I have accomplished



Since January

Actually, I been really good about this….I at least run 3-4 days in a week. I am proud what I have accomplished!



Motivation

At the beginning I had a lot of motivation to run but now I am kinda pushing myself to keep going even when I don’t want to. So far my goal is going great so far.



Run...

...its those lazy days that get me but still push through….plus I need that extra blood pumping! :P



Puuuuussshhh me....

I pushed myself to run after 5 days later. I can’t believe how fast my body can get lazy but now worries back on my feet again. Jump & Roll ;D



My Pace....

Pace 1: 10:00 finished at Mile 1: 10:03
Pace 2: 10:20 finished at Mile 2: 10:28
Total Pace: 20:20 finished 2 Miles in 20:31
So I am 11 seconds of the pace I am working on!



2 miles...

I kept pushing myself. I was really hot today!
2 miles => 21.20



Improving on speed...

I did 2.6 miles in 29.11 and before took me around 32min to do a mile to I am happy (in tredmill)



Run...

I am starting to run more and more but I trying to work on my speed.



Ruuunn...

For me is like run, run, run, walk, run, run, walk, walk, walk…crawl, walk, crawl and crawl….I need to get fit!
