I pushed myself to run after 5 days later. I can’t believe how fast my body can get lazy but now worries back on my feet again. Jump & Roll ;D
Pace 1: 10:00 finished at Mile 1: 10:03
Pace 2: 10:20 finished at Mile 2: 10:28
Total Pace: 20:20 finished 2 Miles in 20:31
So I am 11 seconds of the pace I am working on!
I did 2.6 miles in 29.11 and before took me around 32min to do a mile to I am happy (in tredmill)
For me is like run, run, run, walk, run, run, walk, walk, walk…crawl, walk, crawl and crawl….I need to get fit!
....yea….I think I ran for two miles….but I did stop Am LOT of the time sooo…I need to get in Shape!
