Lately some days I been feeling really good about running others days I force myself to run at least one mile.
On a good days I ran under 9:35 (mile)
On my tired days (or lazy days) I ran under 10:42 (mile)
I know its not a bad time it almost a minute but I do want to increase my speed.
Today => 10:37

...I am running again and I think faster than ever.
Yesterday I two miles in 19min….but I did have a 6min break. I am so proud of my self! Whoo!
Mile 1 = 9:18
Mile 2 = 9:42
Break in between 6min

Yesterday I just ran one mile I couldn’t take the heat and I didn’t run for 5 days so my body was kinda lazy.
But point being yesterday my time was 9:55!! That’s the fastest I have EVER run in a mile (that I recall) hopefully my pace will stay the same or VERY close!

My first mile was exactly 10min but second mile was 11:32min
Then today (Weds) I run my first mile 10:28 second mile 11:30….hahaha…I am getting worse.
Ooorrrr…it because of my new shoes and because I change my location for my runs.
