If you are pretty much busy 24/7 and your body feels like you worked out is that consider like an exercise??? :P hahaha..I am feeling the burn….:P :P

For running one mile

I been bad...lol  — 3 months ago

I went out of town and I forgot to exercise!!! And last time I ran I kept with my pace really good!!! My first mile was 10:12 and second was 10:20. But now my body is LAZY and I don’t think I want to run.

Any inspirational word to keep me going? LOL :P

So I did two miles in 22:14min without the break in between….

At least in the past two weeks I been really good about working out. I been running and trying to increase my speed…and its working! :D

So my and my roomate started running and we have a schedule and everything, we are planning to run 3 times a week. This week I run 2 miles and I have to tell I AM NO RUNNER!!! Blah…but my roomy says it gets better if you do it more. So I am going to push myself and also I am going to swim once a week too!

Last semester, I was pretty much working out 4 times a day because I had a class of fitness and dance. So that keep me fit…..bbbbbuuuuttt….since the holidays happend and I am not taking those clases again (they don’t work with my schedule :[)
I have to go to the gym….which I am going to try to at least go 3 times a week.
