The inside of my mouth is amazing right now. Good thing mouths heal quickly; I saw results really soon. I have one corner that I bit a little, so I’m not declaring this goal done yet. Almost!
I want to stop doing this by Monday! Recruitment starts that day, and I’ll look super awkward doing it in front of potential new members. I was able to stop in a relatively short time when I tried before, so we’ll see how it goes.
Sooo it’s still bad! I hate it when people see me doing it ‘cause it’s like wtf are you doing? Class starts again today, and I know how tempting it is to do it in class. I think I have one piece of gum…
It’s so nice when I haven’t done it for a while! The only thing that sucks about that is that it often makes me want to bite more.
(Btw, I mean biting my tongue and insides of my cheeks…ewwww)
I’ve started snapping a rubber band on my wrist when I bite. Omg though it’s so tempting when I find something I want to nibble. Ahhh! I should chew some gum now that I’ve started thinking about it.
I’ll be in the middle of doing it, and I’ll tell myself “Knock it off. Stop it. STOP IT!” But no…I keep doing it…wow…yeah, I should try snapping a rubber band on my wrist. I have no rubber bands. :-(
