Okay, so i just had dinner. I tried throwing it up, but it didnt work. What am i doing wrong? I just ended up hurting my throat…I have a question though. How long do i have to throw something out, after i eat?

Okay, so ive never done this… And to be honest with you guys, im SCARED… i dont know how to do this or anything… Ive tried today after lunch but i just couldnt… Im scared but i WANT TO DO THIS…. i want to be skinny like i was before.. PLEASE if you can help me then do so.. PLEASE!!!
