quit biting my nails

Okay, it took a few days to finally put the stuff ON my nails. But this is day three or four… (I reapplied the polish yesterday morning) and things are going well. They don’t look any better, but they scratch with more umph than they had a few days ago. Give me two weeks, and there will be a very noticeable difference.

(PS My husband decided to follow in my foot steps, so he painted his nails yesterday morning and reported that he definately helped him notice when he was about to bite his nails. I have hope that this will work for him too!)

I bought new stuff the other day.. new nail polish, new nail filing thingies… and I am going to clean up my nails and then put the polish on. This is always how I start – when I go to bite, I notice the polish and remember that I am not supposed to bite. They will grow. In about 2-3 weeks, they will be pretty damn cool looking.
