I live in the US. And that means I have to learn spanish as most of the western-south/western states are populated by people who speak ONLY spanish. And it’s irritating for them to expect me to automatically know what the hell they’re saying. So, to yell in a differnt language back at them, I would like to one day learn German. It’s a neat language and I know someone who speaks it so it’d be cool if I could use her native language then bother her with this english non-sense of mine.
