visit every state in the U.S.

Okay, I knocked out Indiana. Now, where to go next…? Any suggestions for awesome day trips? (I’m from Columbus, OH)

Since I refuse to count things like “driving through” and “flight layovers” toward my goal, I’ve actually been IN a ton of the states. But I am only counting states where I have gotten out of the car (or off of the plane/out of the airport) and explored. So, here are the states I’ve actually visited:
*Ohio (duh, it’s where I live)
*Michigan (3-day 2006)
*West Virginia (staying in my family’s cabin/family reunions)
*New York (spring break 2005)
*New Jersey (spring break 2005)
*Maryland (vacation 2007)
*Pennsylvania (vacation 2007)
*Virginia (vacation 2007)
*Kentucky (family camping trip)
*California (spring break 2004)
*Tennessee (camping w/ the fam)
*Florida (numerous vacations)
*Georgia (spring break 2006)
*South Carolina (spring break 2006)

Since that’s only 11 out of 50, I’ve got a long way to go. But I’m determined to do it!!! :)
