get my degree

I gave it a good run – 5+ years. I think college is just not for me. Maybe I’ll go back someday, but who knows? Right now I have a good job that pays well, and that’s what’s important to me at this time in my life – not to mention this economy. Good luck to everyone else working toward this goal!

Due to some unforseen circumstances (aka my lazy a* not taking enough classes), graduation has been moved to August 30, 2009. *sigh I hope it comes fast.

165 days. Only two more quarters!!!! =D

This is taking forever. =(

On the upside, I’m taking 6 classes next quarter: two daytime classes, two online classes, one night class and one independent study class. I’ll be SO much closer to being done after winter quarter is over!!!

I just hope I pass my classes this quarter…that has me a li’l worried =/

I should focus on accomplishing some more of my goals to get my mind off it! ;)

Commencement for Spring ‘09 is on June 14, 2009. So that is the day that I should officially be a college graduate. Nine months. 269 days. I can’t wait.

Only eleven and a half short months and I will be done with school FOREVER!!! Well, if all goes according to plan, that is. I’ve dicked around so much, I’m about a year behind. But better late than never, I say. I’m meeting with an advisor in the fall to make sure my plan is accurate – I’m hoping she tells me I can graduate sooner. That would be amazing. But even if I don’t graduate til 06/09 like I’m planning, I’ll still be happy to be done.
