grow my own produce organically

Spring is barely getting started here. My daffodils are blooming happily. I planted peas a few weeks ago and they are just getting going. Unfortunately, now with a full time job, I haven’t had nearly as much time as I would like. We’ll see how much gardening I really do this year.

It’s not just meat anymore folks. First it’s spinach, then it’s tomatoes, now they’re really not sure. Well, no salmonella for me. My garden is a work in progress, but so far this season I’ve harvested spinach, lettuce, broccoli, radishes, cucumbers, mustard greens and several fresh herbs. It’s almost time for tomatoes, peppers, and onions.

My ultimate goal is to have a four season garden so I don’t really have to get any produce at the grocery store. I know that will be a while, but it’s getting better every year.
