Well, I pulled out the DVD again this week. This time I tried some of the chest & hip drills. I can see that this is really going to strengthen my core, which I really need. That is, if I’m more regular about it.

Pulled out the DVD last week again. My goal right now is to work with it once a week.



Almost ready, but not quite 2 years ago

I pulled out my DVD last week and did some shoulder/arm exercises. I’m not quite ready to practice frequently after my surgery, but I think I will try some again this week.



Getting Started 2 years ago

Finally opened up my bellydance DVD last week. I started some arm and chest drills. I enjoyed it, and it was a really good workout for those areas. I figured out it’s definitely much harder than it looks. I wish there was a class closer to where I lived.

Right now this is lower on the priority list though. I want to focus on getting into daily yoga and then I will actually focus more on bellydance.
