Somehow I’ve pulled a muscle or something where I had my surgery and have been afraid to keep with it. Hopefully I can get back to it soon.

I definitely miss it if I don’t do it. I don’t quite have it down to /every/ day, but it is certainly a regular happening. I am considering this accomplished and will revisit if I let it go.
I started slacking off last week, but I got back to it Sunday. I’m starting to form a habit, but I definitely need to do it more to really be one.
I’ve been doing my evening yoga almost every day now for a week and a half. Yay me! There’s been a couple days where I really didn’t want too, but I’m always glad that I do it anyway. I always feel so much more relaxed and centered. Hopefully, I can keep it up.
I had to take some time out because of my surgery, but I was actually able to do yoga a couple of days this week. I still have to be careful in certain poses. And, I was too sore to continue the rest of the week.
The good thing is that the routine didn’t seem too hard for me, surprisingly. Maybe it’s because I actually have more energy now. Hopefully, I’ll be able to do more next week.
I had been doing a yoga routine from a book every day a while ago and just didn’t commit it to habit. I love the feel of the stretches. They help me focus my posture, become more flexible, relax and center.
I got a combo yoga/bellydance instructional DVD, and I finally opened it last night and went through the short yoga warmup as well as some arm & chest bellydance drills. (Yay! Two goals in one!)
For right now, I’m going to try to commit to yoga at least twice a week. Then hopefully as I get into a better habit, I will work up to having it as part of my everyday routine.
