When I was a vegetarian and I ventured to explore new flavors and textures quite often, I was better at taking my time with every bite… I never ate in a hurry and I savored my meals, at the same time I needed less food to feel satisfied. My sense of taste of smell seemed to be working much better when I didn’t eat meat on regular basis… that should be no secret! Now not only I eat more, I don’t feel as satisfied as I used to, and crave sugar all the time!
I’m determined to go back to my healthy lifestyle and do my best to control stress & anxiety in my life, control my breathing, get rid of mental and physical clutter… I want to be more present, more alive, more awaken than ever before.
