Doing the yummy sushi dance!

I absolutely adore sushi, particularly intricate rolls. I have several friendships that have been cemented over sharing sushi – but it’s an expensive hobby! I want to make my own for parties and such – sushi is a social experience for me. Kind of like Buffy the Vampire Slayer was not just a show I watched, it had a whole social aspect to it. Anyway, there are a couple of places in town to get the fish, I just need to get off my butt and do it!
