organize my photos

Photo Album Organization- I need to:
1-buy another album to fit pictures into
2- keep up with new photos, ordering and adding when it makes sense to do so
3- make labels with dates/events
4- do the work album

But everything is on paper, up-to-date, and ORGANIZED!!!

I’m totally checking off this goal- it’s maintenance only now! ;)

I made it through Gap Year between high school and college this morning. Only college left. they’re organized, but take up a little more than a shoe box. ...I think I have a bit more weeding out to do before gluing.

but I sat down this morning and finished album-ing the pics from high school. So I’ve only got gap year and college left. ...17 years down, 7 to go!

I didn’t realize how into this I would get. Everything from before school, elementary, and middle school is finished. High school is complete up to my junior year. ...and this is me procrastinating by giving up-to-the-minute updates that only I care about. =)

ALL (NO exceptions!) of my photos are in chronological order, dated, with the event title, in a single box. I have the album/scrapbooking materials already purchased and just have to work on moving the pictures from the box to the books.

I know that will be a slow process, as I don’t want to rush it; but I’m SO happy that it’s down to just the creative part and the organization portion is behind me.

Finally. (I’ve been a 6year old waiting at the mail box for the past week!) But they’re here! So now I can chronologically place them with the ones I already had copies of and put them into books =)

I can’t believe I did the whole thing….

Originally 1472 online pictures. I went through every last one one them.

Now: 240. ....order placed, waiting on them to arrive so I can combine them with the other ones.

The pictures in my possession are finished.

Next: online

Yes! I’ve pulled everything from the scrapbooks and spent about half an hour putting things in order. There are a few odd pics that need to flatten and be placed with the others, but it feels good to see the progress in front of me.

The pictures are all in a plastic container on my project table and Snapfish. So I’ve been (slowly) putting the project table pics into chronological order so I can assess them next to the online ones and only order what I don’t already have.
