...since my last entry. Since september last year, twice a week I’m doing this great work out on my fitness classes. But stil, don’t eating right, so maybe I’m in better shape than used to, but still got those few kg’s to loose.
Maybe I add some swimming and running?

So I manage to do some workout yesterday – for about an hour or so. Of course, it wasn’t so hard as if it was at the gym, but still, doing something. Tomorrow and on thursday I’m going to go to the pool. Maybe at saturday morning will go swimmming to, we will see. I guess that if I manage to keep it that way – I mean 3xpool and 1-2x work out per week, I should get to my goal quite soon and quite easy.
Only thing to do is now to always “have a spirit” for it. If you know what I mean.
at proffesional fitness-club ant an hour of TBC – that’s what made me happy today. I’m so tired, I can bearly move my legs, but it was worth doing it. I think I’ll do swimming once per week and TBC once a week. This sould do, at least for the beginning :)
I think I’m gonna set it as my personall challange at the moment. I need this not just because of holidays we’re planing – I need this for myself to feel better. Be more organized, have good habits, shake the stres away…
So from tomorrow on, an hour walk per day and some work out at home. Let’s say an hour also. Hope I won’t be to tired to do that, especially tomorrow. They say, first 3 weeks should be enough to rise a habit. Let’s see, if they right.
