catch up on my anime DVDs

Read or Die down, Cowboy Bebop and Samurai Champloo left. Read or Die had some very compelling characters, but the plot was a little… far-fetched and flat. Still, enjoyable overall.

This goal has been sidelined a bit by my new anime obsession, Bleach. In the past three weeks, I’ve watched maybe 16 episodes of Bleach and haven’t touched my DVDs. It’s a bit difficult to fit in everything I want to watch because I’m watching it with a friend whose schedule is heavily loaded with work and school. Maybe we can watch some of our DVDs during winter break. We’ll see.

I just finished Blood+ this weekend. Overall, a pretty good series, but it did tend to drag in the middle. Next up: Read or Die, Cowboy Bebop, and Samurai Champloo.
