because Kat doesn’t like the heat, and tends to get dehydrated and pass out. I might go to something that’s going on at Mabon (September 23 or thereabouts) just a short drive to Pennsylvania. (Why, why, why are there no active pagans in Northwest NJ, where it’s all rural? Probably because I live in the only red county in a blue state. Damn city imports with their ostentatious houses, raping the land for strip malls.)
I went to something on Midsummer, but I don’t think it counts, since it was an organic farm run by nuns. Closeted pagan nuns. I’m hoping Mabon will be something a little more lively, with bonfires and drums and such.
Just a month away! Good, that’s enough time to save up for gas money. :p
