so i talked to a rectruiter today and in order to join the military i would have to lose 25 lbs.

If the scale in the bathroom is correct, I have lost 10 lbs. in the last month. I dont really know how that happened. the only thing i can really think of is that during the time that i was not living at home i was really upset about the whole thing and upset to my stomach often. I dont think i ate as much then and lately i have been eating healthier i think. As for exercise me and nicole go to the y on tuesdays now but that isnt much. but then again the scale might not be right either, but it is nice to think that it could be right.

I havent been to the y in like a week, i have been going to my math lab earlier instead of going to the y in hopes that i can get caught up. I need to really get a schedule worked out or something.

i didnt go to the y today because i didnt get to bed until 4 in the morning, so i must have turned off my alarm when it went off this morning. I thankfully work up at 12:10 so that i had enough time to get to class at 1, but i only work until 7 tonight so maybe if the weather doesnt get bad i will go after work.

I think i am doing well with this goal, I am excited to exercise, i never used to be. I am definately stronger as well. It’s a good feeling.

by this i do not mean diet, I am completely fine with my body and I dont feel the need to lose weight. I just want to be stronger and I want to be able to do more difficult things with ease and be healthier.
