i am about to start my period, retaining water weight and not happy with the number on the scale. im bitchy and keep wanting to eat chocolate, ice cream, fried foods and anything comforting. I WILL NOT ALLOW THIS ANYMORE!! from now on when i am on my period and have cravings i will allow myself a piece of dark chocolate and that is it. it is healthier and WILL stifle my cravings. it is better than downing a whole tub of ben and jerrys!!!
