Did Cardio about once, nearly died like =D
But all in all I’m being pretty sucky at this thing.

Needa get more fit.
Not for anyone else but myself just to prove that…I can. Basically.

Plan of Action:
Be all Sporty and Lovely.
For 3 times a week.
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Yay.
