I can’t even remember the last time I snacked between lunch and supper or after supper. I only snack in between breakfast and lunch (only on work days) because there is too large of a gap in between (and if I didn’t snack I’d gorge myself with food at lunchtime). But I eat a healthy snack. Like 150 calories or less. This has all definitely helped me with my weight loss thus far.



Aghh.

After super, I happened to eat two pieces of red licorice. =\ The only thing I can say about that is it’s a start.. it’s better than a whole bag of popcorn, or a huge bowl of ice cream! :-)

I really would like to stop snacking. When you’re living with your parents it’s harder though, because you don’t get to buy the food for the house. So there isn’t always fruits, vegetables, and other healty things just lying around. So right now my mom has just been helping just by replacing regular popcorn with 98% fat free, and regular italian dressing with lite. I think it’ll help…for now.
