I felt great today because I totally changed my eating course.
Breakfast: One chocolate chip pancake, and a little handful of Honey Bunches Of Oats With Almonds. This made me proud becuase ususally after I eat breakfast, I ALWAYS eat like 12 cookies. So this past week when I went to the grocery store with my mom, I asked her to buy cookies I hate but my dad likes. :-)
Lunch: Ususally, I buy a mini bag of Doritos and two chocolate chip cookies (man I love my cookies), along with powerade. (I LOOOVE sportsdrinks.) Well today, I got a bottled water, a mini bag of pretzels, and an apple!
After school: I ususally eat something completely random and off the wall. So this afternoon, my snack was two handfuls of shreaded cheese, and a orange popcicle.
Supper is where I screwed up. After correcting all my mistakes today, I think I realized that supper is my biggest screwup all EVERYDAY. I need to cut back what I eat at supper. I’m going to try my hardest. My mom heated up two frozen pizzas. I ate a whopping five pieces. FIVE. I just couldn’t stop. Ugh. So, no more five pieces for me. Maybe two.
And that’s my problem. && I’m GOING to fix it.
