survive student teaching

Well, only one week left and I’m still alive to tell about it. I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel! This trip has definitely had its up an downs. I definitely feel like I can breathe a little easier with the whole student teaching thing, but I have to say it took a very long time. Hopefully it only gets easier from here.

I feel like I’m on a rollercoaster going really fast and I can’t slow down!!! This student teaching thing isn’t what it was cracked up to be, I have never been so exahusted, and it’s only the beginning of the second week! Lila came in to observe me today and I swear everything that could go wrong, DID! My class was on its worst behavior! I think they all could sense that I was being evaluated and of course my host teacher was no where to be seen! I’m about ready to start pushing worksheets…
