I’ve been going to the gym almost every day for the past month. I’ve been eating healthier as well and am finally starting to lose weight!

I have been to the gym 18 days in a row—well, technically, 17, then a missed day because the gym was closed because of a parade, then another day.
Trying again to go 30 days in a row. So far today is the 6th day I’ve gone. I’m circling the days on my calendar as I go along and trying to hit the gym in the morning because I’m usually too tired and busy at night.
I started marking on my calendar the days I go to the gym. I’m going to try to go 30 days in a row, beginning yesterday.
I have been trying to go every day but sometimes life gets in the way. I went this morning before work but missed my workout yesterday because I was too tired to get up early and ended up working late last night. I need to get to a point where hitting the gym in the morning is just part of my routine. I also need to get up early enough so I’ll be able to work out for an hour; so far I’ve been limited to half an hour if I work out in the morning.
