I can barely even make it an hour let alone a whole week. I’ve been starting this goal over and over again for years. I’m so frustrated.

I keep pushing it though… my hands still end up in my hair. I haven’t accidentally pulled yet, so I want to find a way to keep my hands out of there!
I had to start over again… I pulled one hair today when I was stressing about something, but I realized I did it right after and am determined to get on the right track.
I haven’t pulled in almost a day (that I’m aware of… sometimes I pull without knowing it). When my hands go up to my head I get them out of there as fast as possible and try to fight the urge.
I watched something on trich yesterday that basically said there’s not much we can do to stop it, and it may be a life long affliction. I’d like to think that’s wrong.
Hopefully I can go another day, then another, than many more.
I’m starting hair school in a month, and I want to stop pulling because of the profession I’m going to be getting into… well, not just because of the profession, for many other reasons as well.
I know they’ll be trying things with my hair, as I will too, and I want a full head to work with.
So frustrated… I feel like I’m never going to complete this goal!
The last few days I’ve only pulled two hairs a day at most. That’s actually a start for me. My hands keep going to my hair, but when I find one I want to pull I force my hands to stop. Its difficult, but its a step in the right direction!
