Orange juice

Today I had a very healty lunch: carrots and rice soup, cucumbers and other carrots as main course. Obviously at 6pm I was very angry, but a friend of mine offered an orange juice glass, and, as I read time ago, it calmed my stomach till dinner time!
I have to remember this for the next days.

Last weeks I was so concentrate on my problems that the diet was put in another part of my mind… so I have back my original weigh. Now on I will be more concentrate on my diet target, this is a promise!



53.9 !!!

This is a satisfacion: this morning my weight was 53.9 kg!!! It was due to a 2 days of a severe diet, and I know perfectly that I can resist very long time to those condition… : )



12 minutes, 3 times a week

These are the obligations that a fitnes program suggest to very lazy people like I am.
It is composed of 4 minutes to heat muscles, 4 minutes to burn fat, and 4 minutes for the stretching. I think this is what I need.
I will start it in half an our, then I will have a shower, the dinner, and then, and then a big nice ice cream without milk with a very handsome friend of mine!



Good start

I can be happy about the first 10 days: I weigh 54.2 Kg at the moment. Ok, sometime I do not respect at 100% the diet restrictions, but I know myself, this is already a great goal. Now I should try to do some simple exercises every day (I read it should be enough do them for 8 minutes daily), I will look for some suggestions on the web… Yesterday morning I bought 3 nice bikinis at the market, and they would suit much better with the thighs just a little bit thinner!

I know it is not a lucky matter, but I hope it could help me to reach my goal to lose 5 kilos… At the moment I weigh 55 kg. Last week I discovered my food intolerances, and they are so many! The doctor asked to avoid white flour, white sugar, yeast, tea, coffee, tomatoes, bananas, milk and, most sad of all: chocolate! If I can survive to a similar diet, of sure I will fall ill of depression… : )
